Been listening to quite a bit of Molotov lately.
Anyone who's played Total Overdose will be familiar with their music. Mexican rock / rap rules! ;D

Lacuna Coil - Daylight Dancer (from their Comalies album) Fucking awesome track... sounds great and I really like the lyrics. Although I love Lacuna Coil I'm not the biggest fan of the male singer (whereas Christina is amazing), but on this particular track I think the male singers voice actually sounds really good. I need to stop listening to Lacuna Coil for a bit though, had nothing but then on both my MP3 player and hi-fi for the past week . Then again their new album is out in the next month or so... ;D Kaz

Currently alot of Crystal Method { 6 cds worth } A little of "Praga Khan" too Some "Filter" ..I never get tired of Filter Does anyone know if the song being played in the movie "Swat" during the scene where they pull a wall down with the armoured vehicle is a Filter song ? Sounds alot like them but there is no mention of it anywhere ,credits ,soundtrack etc.... It sounds like it could also be Perry Farrell ? Some "Clay People" too ;D good hard stuff there A few songs bye "Crease" Ohh yeah and some "Devo" ;D "WE ARE NOT MEN !....WE ARE DEVO !" ;D ;D ;D

I think the tune from swat is by Jane's Addiction (so yes to the Perry Farrel guess), but I can't remember the name of the track. (I may have to get back on that one, just let me put on my swat dvd!)
Update: The track is called 'Just Because'.
Anyway, I must agree with you, Filter are great. Title of Record and The Amalgamut are two of my favourite albums. The latter, I've been listening to quite a lot lately as well.

I really like the older Filter alot but I think the newer stuff has a bit more polished sound too it ,which actually makes it better. But then again I really dig on Helmet and Fugazi so what would I know about refinemnets ;D

Sorry Candycab, I was wrong there. My curiousity has just caused me to take a quick look at my swat dvd - since I have way too much spare time on my hands ;D. The Jane's addiction track plays when they are training and doing a successful house clearance exercise (just after the sniper poker scene).
The music that plays when the wall is torn down (and at the start of end credits) is by Hot Action Cop. The song's called Samuel Jackson, and was probably commissioned for the movie.
As for what I'm listening too, well it's a bit of a mixture, though Tales From The Punch Bowl by Primus and Paul's Boutique by the Beastie Boys (as well as Filter) haven't left my cd player for a while.

Its cool man ... that is actually the song I was asking about so thanks ;D lol looks like I was wrong in the placment but I havent seen the movie in a while ... suprisingly I actually enjoy the movie way more than I thought I would. Cop movies are hard to watch if youve ever been in that line of work, that one is good fun though. Primus is great stuff Goota love Less Claypool and his odd music styling.... definitly origional and always enjoyable.
