Rammstein: Rosenrot (new album) - damn good album if you like Rammstein, and has a real surprising twist. The song "Stirb nicht vor mir" sound almost like Coldplay, and has a duet with Sharlene Spiteri... the old Texas lead singer. Great song, but not what you would expect on a Rammstein album Also listening to lots of Killswitch Engage again, and Nirvana. Waiting for System of a Downs new album too, which is soon! Kaz

good thread here's some of the stuff i've been listening to lately: big black - the hammer party/songs about fucking (nine inch nails et all owe these two records their [considerable] pension savings) isis - oceanic pelican - australasia (the above are probably the two most interesting metal bands around right now) various artists - 20 years of dischord (tremendous hardcore/punk boxset from the label behind fugazi, minor threat, scream, rites of srping, s.o.a. etc...) labradford - mi media naranja (one of the most overlooked lps ever) the dirty three - ocean songs the cure - trilogy: live in berlin (dvd) spacemen 3 - suicide envy - a dead sinking story (album) (one of the best japanese bands of all time in my opinion) sonic youth - jc stars of the lid - the tired sounds of.. belle and sebastian - fold your hands child, you walk like a peasant king tubby - dub forever horace andy - feel good all over acid mothers temple/kawabata makoto (another excellent japanese outfit, once mistaken for some bizarre religous cult by the goverenment) yes minister repeats on bbc radio 7 does anyone here use audioscrobbler/lastfm? if not check it out here. makes for some interesting reading, and listening too.

Undertow rocks Damn staight I love the whole album, it's definately my fav. from Tool. They're supposed to be releasing a new album soon but it most likely won't come out till next year knowing them. Rammstein: Rosenrot (new album) - damn good album if you like Rammstein Agreed. I just recently got it. I almost like not being able to understand it. Sometimes i kind of like a band but i can't listen to something with lyrics that i don't like.
