Hi guys
We all love the neo here, but there has been some howlers over the years.
May it be terrible game play or unforgiving difficulty some games are just bad.

Ashita no Joe, Super Spy, World Heroes...I had fun with em, but they are the worst I've ever played... (I've probably played a few 'bad' neo geo games)

ashita no joe and ragnagard. ashita no joe is hilariously terrible in every aspect and ragnagard is a 3D fighting game gone bad due to poor system choice (3D doesn't work in neo-geo)

Riding Hero ,though I really wanted to like this game I think its impossible.
Legend of Success Joe , yeah it really is as bad as everyone says ..definitlly the worst sprite collision detection of any Neo game
Magician Lord ..why people praise this game is beyond me , I think its worse than Cyber Lip as run of the mill platformers go.
Super Spy
Trash Rally , pretty poor game but still fun now and again for some reason ?
Top Players Golf
There are more but I cant think of them at the moment
There are a few Puzzle games that are just total garbage at best.

"Legend of Suckass Joe" = It just has to be on the list. Everything about this game is so awful.
Ninja Combat = Another pretty obvious choice, there's just no liking this one even with some cool references to other Neo games.
Puzzled / Joy Joy Kid = With a very interesting premise I want to like this game but I just can't. It's simply too punishing and dull in the long run. Gomen Ai!
Trash Rally = Fun for all of thirty seconds. If only the game was a little more fair and had a designer other than Lego.
Zed Blade / Ragnarok = Once you get past the first stage this game just starts throwing designs at you that are more and more far fetched. Gameplay is ok for a run through though.
Operation Ragnagard = The game itself isn't actually so bad, it's got good music, great sound and some good crazy combo action for those who are willing to get into the game. However the graphics are so poor it makes your eyes hurt, there's like only one cool stage in the entire game and maybe two decently designed characters. I think the developers should get a pat on the back for trying though as the game is pretty original. Mind you I'm a pretty hardcore Killer Instinct fan so there ^_^
