AES owner

[Megadeth]

Hey all,
I've had my AES since 2000. Over the years I've had it modified and currently own 13 games for it. Some I bought new from the Neo store, and some are conversions.

My current collection consists of:
-Metal Slug (conversion)
-Metal Slug 3 US
-Metal Slug 5 US
-Sonic Wings 3 Jap
-Sengoku 3 US
-Shock Troopers (jap conversion)
-Nam 1975
-Top Players Golf
-King of the Monsters
-Fatal Fury Special
-Football Frenzy

I have two conversions en route to me right now and am anxiously awaiting their arrival:
-Blazing Star and Neo Turfmasters

I actually like the Neo for its non-fighting games more than anything. Anyway, I'm here to talk gameplay mostly, and you never know with me I might submit a review here or there. I've contributed game reviews to a couple websites including Genesis reviews to www.sega-16.com.

One more thing, I couldn't get this place to send me an activation email to my verizon.net account. I tried multiple times and finally used an old yahoo address to get the activation email. Just sayin.

Welcome. Nice to meet a fellow AES owner. Only one of my carts is AES at the moment but I use a phantom 1 to play MVS carts.

Hmmm that's strange - I remember on the proboards support forums they did once say that some email providers seem to block their activation emails as they think it is spam. I'm not sure if that is what happened to you, but I'm glad you managed to get it sorted out. Sorry about the hassle!

You have a pretty nice collection there, I am also one of the few people outthere who got into the Neo for its non fighting games, though I have always loved Samurai Showdown.

I bought an AES Gold system just after launch and decided to go MVS all the way in about 1994. I still think about buying another AES now and then
