Season 10 starts tonight... The first episode entitled "The Return of Chef" Very interesting. Last Season was a drop in quality compared to the ones before it but this show isn't dead yet. Hopefully tonights episode will be a positive example of things to come. Prepare you TV sets and/or left mouse button

Sweet! I didn't realise it was starting so soon. I do agree that s9 wasn't as good as s8, but then again 8 was by far my favourite as every episode was a classic I thought... it had the anime style episode, the MJ one and loads more, so it was hard for anything to live up to that.
The last one had its moments though, the baseball episode and the scientology one being absolute classics imho ;D

I got kinda burned out after about season four and stopped watching it. Im starting to watch it more and more again and suprisingly its still pretty funny { the PSP episode was one of the better I have seen over the last few years }

I just watched it. Though it had a good amount of lame parts imo it was a well done farewell to Isaac Hayes's character.
-Spoilers-
I love the way it used metaphores for explaining how silly Isaac Hayes decision was. For having to use samples of Hayes's voice and writing an episode around that they did an excellent job.

There were some hilarious parts and the digs at scientology/L Ron Hubbard were very funny ;D Best bits: Where it came up with "THIS IS WHAT THE SUPER ADVENTURE CLUB REALLY BELIEVES", I was in stitches! Darth Chef? Daft, but funny. Good start to the new series, and as you say, a very good way to say goodbye to the character. Will be looking forward to the rest of the season. That woodland critters episode was brilliant, and the PSP one candy mentioned was awesome to. "Well done Kenny... as a reward, we give you THIS.... Keanu Reeves statue" Kaz

I saw it last last night. Very well done with a good message like last weeks imo.
I loved all the last names from the rediculous "progressive" couples and of course the recognition of how rediculous George Cloonie's bullshit was. About the scene you mentioned Kaz, same here ;D
I remember seeing stuff about how SP had alot of hollywood types including George Cloonie as fans. I'd love to hear feedback of what they think now

"San Francisco as disappeared... up its own ass." Haha yea that line made me laugh! I remember reading that Clooney is a fan of SP, so hopefully he saw the funny side of it, which I'm sure he did. Unless of course he is another Isaac Hayes... Kaz

Kaz Well remember he was the Voice of "Sparky the Gay Dog" and the Doctor that microwaved Kennys Heart [baked potato] in the movie ,So Im guessing he thinks its all in good humor. Personally from seeing his time spent on South Park and his role in "Dusk Till Dawn" and "Oceans 11" I think the guy is a great actor to watch. Prior to those I thought he was a tool. He sure plays an excelent badguy role Much like Travolta ,I never thought they could be good bad guys.

Good stuff agian this week to me. I love Family Guy but they did make some decent points. I thought of the episode as more of an example of how rediculous people can get over a tv show just because it pokes fun at something they take too seriously then simply a Family Guy cut down. It seems like more of a promotion of free speech message considering south park gets attacked by critics for being offensive just like family guy.
