Also look into Tenjou Tenge, with Aya and Maya Natsume.

If it's not restricted to fisticuffs, and you can take guns, swords etc into account too, then the girls from Mai Hime, Rosette from Chrno Crusade, and even Kannazuki no Miko and Yami to Boushi come to mind.
