Anyone heard of this guy? He is an amatuer photographer and is known as the biggest otaku in Japan. Here is his website:

He's pretty much the Mosh Girl of Japan. People on the web Photoshop countless images of him in his adventures in photography and he is known as an icon of the otaku ("otaku" as in overweight, torpid loser) generation in the east.
There are even cartoons of him!
