 First off I would like to mention the anime discussions won't be held on their usual weekend routine(like they have been lately anyway ;D). I've become even busier then usual and simply don't have time to do this so organized. There will still be 3-4 discussions per month but only whenever I get the chance. I've seen about 10 new anime's so I've still got plenty of material. On the note of Zatch Bell, after a very shitty intro I was surprisingly able to stomach an episode of this anime. The plot is ridiculously simple but it somehow didn't fall pray to the cliche shit of yugioh or pokemon. I'll watch it a bit more though cuz I still have no hope for this anime. |

It just occured to me that Shopro licensed this anime. Not good considering they also aquired Naruto and this anime is already edited with a cheesy intro...

How bad is it? Or I don't wanna know??? It's like pokemon now. They changed everyone's name including Gash and shortened Kiyomaro to "Kyo". They changed Suzume to "Suzie" and worst of all.... Gash to Zatch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!@.@ |

Gunstar and I go back a long way during my earliest gaming days. My first system was a Genesis so it always gives me this nice feeling of nostalgia when I play it. I even still have my game cartridge of it. GS for the gamegear is kinda of watered down though. I would only reccomend the genesis version personally. |
