Though i think the pic looks ok artistically and better then something i can draw, it being cool is a harsh no imo.

I kinda like it, and I do like the characters in DBZ... it's just a shame that the actual series is so bleh. If it didn't drag stuff out for so many episodes (Freezer fight anyone?) then I would probably like it. Hell, if the fights in DBZ lasted for the same length of time as most other series then DBZ would only last for about 100 episodes, instead of the 300 or so that it does  </rant> Kaz |

Artwork is fine but I hate GT with a passion. It takes the few things that kept me watching Z and ruins them.

Kaz Man that flash was taken from www.bpflash.com/flash/view.php?id=10 plus it sucked u guys dont understand DBGT just think of the dreadful hours at that damn table thingy with 100 or more freakin papers drawing the damn characters bit by bit to create an illusion of an animation! u should give these guys credits I'd probably quit drawing and crap by the 6th episode. plus for some reason the Japanese version has way more quality than the english version of dbgt how do I know? cuz I used to buy JP versions of DBGT at this place called comic relief b4 they got caught dubbing they're movies any ways just give the Toei studio staff so cred. |

Oh yeah and they made OVER 200 FREAKIN DBZ EPISODES OVER 200!!!! dude that deserves respect!!!!!

LOL! I have seen all the Japanese versions actually but just because effort went into it doesn't mean we have to like it . Like I said the art is good and I enjoy many of the characters so I give much respect for the people involved in the designs, but personally I just think the series is very boring overall so I have no respect for the scriptwriters as they churned out the same stuff week in week out... any of us could have come up with the plots that they did. To be honest if you go and speak with 99% of hardcore anime fans they will all give you the same opinion - other than the hardcore DB fans and kids that have seen it on Cartoon Network it really isn't well liked at all. Jump over to almost any hardcore anime forum or the forums of any fansub group and you will find many people with the same opinion... Anyway, if you like it it's cool, I'm not judging you and everyone likes different things (hell, my 35 year old bro is the biggest DBZ fan ever  ... I just dislike it personally. I mainly got annoyed with it because I really wanted to enjoy it and at times it could be very cool, but while watching certain episodes I felt like my IQ was dropping a few points because I was so bored with seeing the same thing over and over... you know like 4 weeks or so of Freeza and Goku battling it out... despite having said that the planet was gonna blow up in like 20 minutes or something For a similar type of anime but done much better see Naruto... although that has it's own fair share of haters as DBZ does ;D Kaz ps just for the record, you say it was over 200 episodes... if they hadn't dragged out things for as long as they did 90% of the time, it would have been closer to 100. They only dragged it out to keep kids addicted to watching it every day. |
