anyone watch Prince of Tennis? it's like the captain tsubasa of tennis hehe it's a pretty cool anime if your a tennis player or just interested in tennis. i highly recommend this if your a sports person

i borrowed vol1 of the manga from a friend, but i never quite got into it, i was never a tennis fan (but are there and volleyball themed mangas?), still think the artstyle is cool and very detailed,and i have seen the anime, yet, so i cant comment on that

I've heard of it myself but never got into. Maybe I'll check it out later when I finish my current series.

Not one that really attracted me either, but I might grab the 1st few episodes and see if I can get into it, I don't mind giving most things a chance. There's also a couple of games out right?

yeah they have 2 gba games and a ps2 game. i've played the gba games which are pretty good but i don't have anything to play the ps2 version on heh unless i get a moded ps2 or a emulator pops up somewhere ;D

*YAWNS* yeah yeah yea..... same old shonen manga not gettin' popular wit da guys and gettin' really popular wit da girls. more than half of the people at Jump Festa 2004 wer girls wanting The Prince of tennis!!!! this is really a disappointment seeing a perfectly stylish shonen manga rotting for da guys. 4 out of 5 ppl who posted here dont really like it.
