This has been an enjoyable hentai series to watch. The artwork and animation was top notch from the start and I think it even improved from episode 5 upwards (Origins and Revelations).
Setting for Bible Black is a school where we are introduced to Minase, who is getting things his way with the cheerleader by putting a love spell on her. He secretly fancies Imari though, but she is keeping him off. I won't go into details but you just know the spell casting is going to get out of hand and attract darker forces. The occult theme is worked out very nice.
My only gripe is an icky scene at the beginning of episode 3. I could have done without that, but everything else (including the hermaphrodite) was just brilliant. The schoolgirl uniforms are attractive, not to mention the girls themselves. The animation really shows off in a couple of the disrobing sequences.
I certainly hope the quality in this series will become a benchmark for future releases from Kitty.
The final chapter has its climax right in the middle. Everything seems peachy afterwards, and you are introduced to a sweet love scene. Somehow you feel something is wrong though, and you're right there as a second climax suddenly arrives. I for one cursed when I saw "the end" appear on screen. Still, a good conclusion.

This is one of the greatest hentai flicks of all time when it comes to animation quality. I lost the cd with my subbed edition so i recently dled the dubbed before i lost my cable connect. I'd have to say it was the most horrible yet absolutely hilarious dub i've heard in my life. Its fuckin great ;D

Have you ever heard of " Discipline" flan_man? the only similar hentai series that tops bible black imo.

Well, its got about the quality animation of bible black revelations but looks a little newer. It's also based around the hot school girl stuff but the chicks are more busty. (which is a plus in my book) So far there are only 3 half hour episodes (can be found on overnet) but stays open for more. I'd toss yeh a link to a jap. site a know that has some sample pics but i have it bookmarked in my fucked up pc.  |
