I remember over the last few months seeing a couple of atomiswave boards on eBay including a couple which were consolised. As for cheap though, that's another question altogether. (though i recently saw a kit with atomiswave board and demolish fist for £150 buy it now on eBay) The latest games are pretty expensive too and where the real cost lies.

I found these guys when looking for supergun stuff. (UK distributor of coin-op express). They seemed friendly but any stuff they'd sell would be new though.
