i finally managed to get kof 99 and 2000, but the prob i found out was that it was not for mame, but neogeoragex. now i have win2k, and i saw that ragex only supports 9x is there a way i can use neorage on my pc? or will i have to dl kof for mame

There is also a updated unofficial version of NeorageX 0.6 that supports WIN 2k.
You should be able to find it in most emulation sites.Just look for the 0.6 version with WIN2K support.
