All the Neo games are emulated so far(Except for SvC) So far the only ones that aren´t officially supported by emulators are Matrimelee,KOF 02,Sengoku 3 and Metal slug 4. But you can play them on Nebula with an loader exe to unlock the games and.....the 2.23 version of Nebula hasn´t locked out the games like Matrimelee and KOF 02.El Semi that makes the Nebula emulator forgot to lock the games out so you can play them. Neorage can play them without a problem,if you can find the Neorage roms. Seiryu

Although I don't care if people really want to use neorageX (unlike some ppl who detest that emu now), I highly suggest using Nebula as it emulates the Neo Geo a LOT better than NeorageX does.... but then again, you expect that, seeing as it hasn't been updated since 1999 Kaz

Plus on Kawaks the lag is usually so bad they are unplayable since they have about a 1-2 second delay for the most part. I do like to run a few games now and then since it makes me want to go buy new stuff

Lag on Kawaks? Never seen that, unless I was playing online But yeah, I can't bring myself to use the emus to play game seriously, it just isn't the same as my 4 slot. I just use them for taking screenshots and sound samples etc. Kaz

I do remember that ROTD on Kawaks lagged somewhat and wasn't nearly as fast loading as Neoragex. It blows my mind that NRX plays stuff 4 years after it was last officially updated. As for the KOF 99 question I've gone from a badly sound ridden one to I think a perfect one but I'm still experimenting with some newer fixes. Keep in mind that fixed roms can sometimes have graphical glitches although these are rarely noticable except for Garou.

Just to clear anything up ,I was refering to internet lag.
I dont think I have ever tried other than online since Rage runs all the roms I have with no issues, I do have a couple that have sound issues but thats a rom issue { bad dump } and not really a Rage problem.

As I said before, if people prefer Rage then thats fine... but NRX doesn't emulate the Neo Geo anywhere near as well as Kawaks or Nebula. Trust me, I've ran the emus side by side with the real system, and there are a some gfx errors on certain games using Rage compared to the real system, and the sound is also a lot better on Kawaks/Nebula. Then again, *none* of the emus sound as good as the real system... if you have both to compare you will see what I mean. The main advantage NeorageX has is that it is a lot faster and better for low-end systems than any other emu out there. If you are happy with Neorage, keep using it as that's fine with me.. I'm not gonna bitch just because people want to use it Kaz

I like the way nebula emulates neo games more than any other emu, its got the highest resolutions and ran smoother over my lan when i tried it back to back with kawaks. kawaks is a step above nrx but if you have a really nice pc nebula is the way to go imo

MAME is damn good, but if you only really want to play Neo Geo and CPS1/2 stuff, in my opinion Nebula is the way to go. You'll need a reasonable PC to run it properly, but most PC's these days should do the job, unless your processor came free with a packet of breakfast cereal or something Kaz
