Magician Lord 2??

hey everyone,

i'm new here... great place! i remember reading an article about 10 years ago that magician lord 2 had been created but never released. anyone know if this is true or if it is out there somewhere? magician lord was always one of my faves!

Ahh yes .. The great Magician Lord 2 tales ;D

You may try a search of the Neo-Geo.com forums ,this is a topic that had been discussed quite abit over the years... Personally I cant remember if anyone has actually ever seen the allegid prototype firsthand, though I seriously doubt an item ever existed in any real finished form....Besides.... Trieu over at the now defunct Snk-Capcom forums probably would have aquired it bye now if it was legit ;D

There are a couple of guys out there I shouldnt mention here since they arent worth the notariety... { Cough-NGF-Cough...} who claimed to have video of the game in action ,but they never delivered the goods at any of the CGE shows as promised ,which is about what most people in these circles expect out of them.


Personally I dont think such a proto exists and was more of a pipe dream than anything.

I always thought Magician Lord was just too damn hard for its own good and really wasnt carried out all that well , but being pretty much the first Neo game it is a definite classic and not all that bad of a game if you dont expect too much to begin with
