I have never gotten the audio lag on my copy of DC Garou, guess I'm just lucky  Hehe... you got an original or a copy? I've noticed it even on originals, but then again people talked about the same problem on other SNK DC games and I never noticed it on those. Maybe it's just the luck of the draw. nh: as with most 2D stuff, the mainstream gamers in the west at least really don't give a crap. It's left to us more hardcore gamers to appreciate the good stuff... Kaz |

Bundle costs about $114 dollars at the major import sites. Not bad imo since now I can get a neo stick 2 and basically get garou thrown in for free considering the price.

lik-sang is great too although they don't have some stuff that play-asia has like Guilty Gear Reload korea. Play-asia has always given me excellent service. I probably won't place a preorder till april.

hehe, good news, btw, about the DC audio lag afaik, it happens only on those Agetech releases... but i have a LB-Final for DC (japanese) and it still has that Audio Lag... but i have a Garou EU and JPN, the Eur does have lag, while the JPN has lag.. while my KOF99Evo does not have lag... bah... i just hope the PS2 version is ARCADE/DC Port perfect... not fancy 3d-BG's and "NEW" features (prolly, team battle mode  ) what i mean is, Everything, exactly as they are.. |

Until recently I had an old version 1 ps2 but I sold it to a friend and bought a slim version 12. I then bought a fliptop lid and swap magic 3.3 so I simply put in the swap magic disc then replace it with my import game using the extra lid in the fliptop. So does the flip top thing work very good? A friend of mine just recently ordered one and i'm pretty excited to see how it works. I'm all about getting my ps2 modded next time i get one. I'm sick of not being able to play import games. |

I'm sick of not being able to play import games. It's very easy really. You don't even need to void the warranty. Simply pull out the pstwo's old lid (yank it to your right and up, the spring will probably come loose but you simply set it back where it was). Then replace it with the fliptop lid. The only problem I had was mine was a little warped in the back so it wasn't hitting the back sensor. I then just took a tiny piece of straw and jammed it in the crevice so it would hit the sensor when the lid was closed. You shouldn't have that problem though. I have never used the fliptops for the old models though. |

My gut instinct says that there won't be any 3D backgrounds at all, it'll just be a straight port with maybe a few extras. We can but hope that some good stuff will be added though, and the team battle that you speak of would be a great addition I think ;D. As for the backgrounds, I don't mind if they *do* add 3D ones, provided the originals are still on there (like in KOF 94 Rebout etc). They better include both the OST and the AST as well! Kaz |
