 just went down memory lane now now and played, NINJA MASTER'S:HAONI-POH-CHO damn i almost forgot how good the game is. i reckon its one of snk's best games. most combo based and most specials in all of the games in neo-geo that i have encountered. i rember when i first played it in 2000 i had anticipated a follow up version someday. good to know natsume still kicks men's asses. i used to master kasumi, now it blank i cant even rember any of the combos. i played with karasu and i did a 23hit combo of which i had never seen before, could have seen the look on my face. sasuke and kamui are out of my system though, i wonder how i will ever get them back, maybe i should go back and play with them.

Ninja masters, probably the most under apriciated neo classic ever. It's fighting system is one of the best IMO.

shitza yeah man...it was indeed one of the biggest disappointments not seeing a ninjamaster and a breakers character in NGBC.  |

Yeah, everything about NGBC is great, but the lack of NM characters is a disappointment. They gotta save something for NGBC2 though  Kaz |

i was playing it recently, and it is very good. the only thing i can't get round is, just why are the sprites so small?  but then again, i think 1995-99 was pretty much snk's 'golden age' inasmuch that it seemed as though they were belting out one amazing game after another: the kofs, metal slugs, last blades, samurai shodown 4, blazing star, garou, ninja masters, the realbouts... in fact when you look at it like that, its really hard to imagine just why they went bust soon after. ah, how the lumpen proletariat know little of high art... |

Although many of the combos in that vid have to be done in hyper mode. The Kasumi combo does not though which is nuts because it's so easy to do. |
