Yeah I posted about it on the site the other day... that video is awesome for sure ;D. I didn't like the idea of Slug characters in a fighting game originally, but it seems like they have done well with Marco tbh. Let's hope he's not too cheap/overpowered  Kaz |

whoa just seen the shots of the game. damn it looks awesome! and marco too! looks like he'll translate well in the game the way i see it  . btw:  Ryo's face kinda looks like Paul Phoenix here, eh? not to mention his QCF, QCF+P DM from KOF '98 looks a lot like phoenix smasher ;D |

The NGBC website was just updated with profiles for Mars People and Athena. A Hanzo movie has also been added.

I hope Athena plays like her KOF self instead of SVC. I don't have a problem with her keeping that outfit though ;D

^i doubt it, seeing that that is Athena (i mean the classic platform game) "Athena" it will most prolly be an updated SVC athena or somthin.....

A new video of Asura has been released. It's quite good (Asura seems more like a heavy swordsman), but I noticed something while he's fighting Haohmaru (His Senpuu Retsu Zan hurricane sprite has been replaced with a new one), there is no blood. Has SNKP removed it from the last video?

I really dig the way Haohmaru and Asura look, and that music wasn't bad, but yeah the background was pretty average. It's not awful, it just seems very very static with little going on... better than the worst SVC backgrounds, but still far from good. A lot of the NGBC backgrounds look really static actually, which is a major disappointment.
