the matrix online was the big e3 surprise ,it certainly was a surprise but not how they were thinking .in hindsight ,after having all hopes dashed for years sega have been fucking it up for years so this is pretty typical for them.even with all their hits they spread them around pleasing noone.outrun2 xbob ?cheers vfevo?ps2 thanks on xbox that wouldve sold like hotcakes .sigh igive up

Nah the surprise was the Matrix Online thing iirc, and the only other thing that was revealed was the Sammy merger... there wasn't anything else. Anybody waiting for a new Sega console will have a long wait (try eternity  ), unless the market changes considerably at some point. Anyway, lets not get into it anymore about the DC etc, especially as the thread is about the NGPC  Personally I'd say that the GBA is your best best now, although the NGPC could never be considered a bad buy in any way (aside from the lack of new games for it). There's still plenty of classic games out there, many can be bought reasonably cheap, and it *still* has the best controller of any handheld out there... especially for fighters. I love my GBA SP, but it is a bit uncomfortable to hold (a little bit more than the standard GBA). Other than that it's a brilliant machine with some great games, and there are more on the way. Depends on what sort of games you like playing though? Kaz
