Yes there are euro aes carts and yes some games like samurai shodown 2 suffer from censorship in their us version. Having a debug bios or japanese aes eludes that problem though.

What raiken said, but remember that all the carts you buy no matter what region they are from are exactly the same internally, they differ depending on what system you run them on. For instance, a Japanese game on a US system will run in English language, but will of course be censored most likely. However a US game on a Japanese system will run in Japanese language and not censored. If you want to play games in English and with blood, unless there is a code to unlock uncensored mode (some games like Samurai Shodown 2 do have one) then you'll need a debug bios like Raiken said, as this will let you play with the settings etc Kaz

Is the only way to unlock the code is bios chip? Is there euro type for all cartridges?

Is the only way to unlock the code is bios chip? Is there euro type for all cartridges? How do you mean? All I cam say really is that you'l definitely need to get a bios chip soldered into your Neo Geo if you want to change regions and enable blood etc, there isn't really any other way... unless as I mentioned the game you are playing happens to have a code to do it. The earlier KOF games and Samurai Shodown 2 are ones that I can remember off the top of my head, but many other games don't have a code. Kaz
