Finally we have some more news on Metal Slug for the Gameboy Advance! According to Play-Asia it is set for a 22nd of July release in Japan. Check the news page on neogeoforlife.com (hehe) for more info and pictures cos I'm too lazy to copy paste or type it again! ;D
Read the info about the card system and character stats... sounds very promising!

Sweet  I can't wait for this one, i don't even care about how it looks (though it sure doesn't look bad from what i've seen) i'm just happy they're actually making a new fresh game and not just a remake like most other companies do for the GBA. |

I do have a flash cart and will probably grab the rom when its released to try it, but this is one I will buy for sure if it's a good game... I don't mind paying out for games like this, I just hope it is good! I wonder how smooth the animation will be? Kaz |

I don't mean to go off topic, but I would definetely go the way of the emulator. GBA sucks. I got a crapload of roms for that hunk of plastic and only 3 of them I'm addicted too. Should spent my hard earned dough on NGPC before...  |

Nah sod that... the emulators are cool for trying out games, but the real machine is supposed to be portable so unless you are playing them on a laptop (which would suck anyway) it makes it a bit pointless if you ask me. There's quite a few games on the GBA that I love... there's also a LOT of crap but I just ignore that Kaz |
