in the arcade version of svc: chaos how do you pull off guile's sonic hurricane? i know its b,f,b,f, A+C but its doesn't seem to pull off, could someone help me please..thank you.

its an Exceed move, your life must be red (and the char name must be flashing)... but you can only do it once in battle (not in a round, a battle, one enemy)
