Knock knock... Who's there? Another Poll!

After playing my hours worth of Neo games today i started to contemplait on what titles had good music and what had mediocre music. I decided on the Candidates for this poll by titles that i've seen a number of people mention for their outstanding or atleast interesting music. Its was a really hard list to choose so of course there is an "Other option"

I chose Kof 98 cause with the exception of the intro theme music and chara. select screen i love the music for every team/stage and actually kind of look forward to some which is something i don't often do when playing a game.

Anyways, its on the table peeps, nah lay down some feedback.

KOF 98 has my favourite music from the whole series and I especially like kyo vs iori music.

My other favs are kyo's team and the all girls team music.

All of those games have good music (havent heard anything from matrimelee) and the music from soul blade 2 is very nice.

I also noticed how suddenly the music has got better in the mslug series as well.

I was tempted to say KOF 98, but I didn't know if you were counting the remixes on the DC version too, so I stuck to straight NG versions. Either way, I would still say Matrimelee, as the music in that game is consistently excellent!

All of those are awesome, but I had to pick Ninja Masters simply because no-one else will pick it as not many seem to love the music as much as me... it's some of the best suited music ever to grace a video game, very moody and dark, and suits the game perfectly. It's really nice to listen to while you are at the PC working or something and want to put something on that is a little more subtle and less loud than what is found in most games

i haven't played some of the game in the poll yet (namely matrimelee) so i picked 98. nearly all the music in 98 fits their corresponding team's theme, especially AoF1's Todoh's stage remix. i also liked some in kof96, especially Geese's theme, '96 Esaka, and AoF theme.

i vote for kof98 but i also like kof99. Best bgm in 98 are kyo's team, iori's, women's, new face team and Rugal's bgm. in 99 i like tears and KD-0079 (fixed that for you -buddhz)

I pick musics from Samurai Shodown series. I just love that kind of tune. I don't know about SSV. The arcade around here is too noisy.
