This's an extremely tough questions cause there are so many neo games i love. I'd say that it would have to be kof 98 overall cause i play it almost every day and never get bored of it. Btw, welcome to the forums vash  |

KOF 98 without a doubt.
The kof series sorta went downhill after that.
Second would have to be metal slug 3.
