Shingo basically says look while pointing at his gloves then quotes kyo's phrase "moero". Kyo then basically says "what was that?" Is Shingo doing some sort of imitation of Kyo there?  He also says something while he's laughing at Kyo... It would be nice if future KoF's had optional subtitling for the non-Japanese fans... |

Shingo wants to be Kyo and so like all good fanbiys he imatates him.
He also asks if it's the gloves that cause the fire to come out of your fist during that intro.
It doesn't help that he gave some kusanagi fighting gloves either.

Cheez man, Shingo ownz. I like everything about him 'cept that they messed up his diagnol down A-button move, but that doesn't bother me much. In KOF '98, he was unstoppable. I even cosplayed as him at a convention when I was a kid.
