You can find some good quality clips of the upcoming movie here www.animenation.net/news/Though i'm sure the plot will suck like the last 2 SF animes and i can already tell the dialouge sucks from the clips im still pretty excited about this one. When i was all excited about Production I.G.s latest Samurai anime show i was under the influence that the animator from Kill Bill was working on it but that was not so just because Production I.G. was doing it. It's obvious from the clips that the same actual artist/animator from Kill Bill is doing Generations and that makes me quite excited. Some might not like the character styles at first because it is much more gritty then the last alpha movie but i'd rather have gritty (kill bill style) fluid action then clean cut style with crap animation. It's coming out 10/25.

While I liked the Kill Bill style animation in that movie I don't really wanna see this in SF. Plus the Ryu-Akuma fight I was anticipating was done DBZ style which blows. This got shredded really bad at this year's evolution tournament when it was previewed. The representative from manga got so mad he stormed out of the room ;D

Too many fighting animes us DBZ style action and it has been old for a long time now. Anyways, i'm not expecting it to be good in general but i'm always happy to see anything done in that specific art style just for visual pleasure. (Visual pleasure pretty much being the only thing positive i feel about recent anime honestly)

Hmmm, hadn't heard about this. Watched the clips and although the animation is certainly fluid and I enjoyed the style of the Kill Bill anime scene, I'm nto sure it really suits Street Fighter. And yeah... the dialogue in English is HORRID. Would like to see it though, but only if it was in Japanese, that English dialgue really annoyed me personally even in just those short clips lol @ the manga representative storming out Kaz

Looks pretty good. Alot like Kill Bill. I don't know though, there was some charm about Street Fighter 2: The Animated Movie. I want to see a Third Strike movie. =Drew

A thousand fucking times NO!!!!! Still haven't seen it, but I do think (animation/artwork style wise at least) that it looks OK, but as I said above not sure if it fits SF. The dubbing is horrendous though and from the sounds of things the storyline is ridiculous. Still gonna try to find it and watch it, but why must they almost always screw these things up? Kaz

The art style had potential imo but exreme lazyness prevailed. Of course the storyline was lame and the fighting scenes where very short and bland. I wouldn't want the task of describing how bad it sucked all together though. Too much.

I'm not sure i only watched about half the movie then didn't want to finish it but i can gaurantee that it was poorly animated. Sometimes the animation would be amazing for a few frames then then... It's hard to describe.

Hey. Just saw this. I thought it was okay, but yes there are some very lazy parts to it. Alot of grunting a la Dragonball Z as well. But I am a fan of the series so I thought it was okay. About the shower scene, basically, sex marketing. No real point to it. For the record, no actual nudity either.
If this sort of thing is allowed on these boards I'll post a torrent for the video.

Now, I thought that there were two students under the training of the sensei, one Gouki and one ....another guy. I thought the other one was Ryu's father.
