One thing that is really horrible on SvC is the grab. When you press the 2 buttons from far the character makes the grab motion and it looks really weird. Especially on the heavy punch/kick grab of Mai Shiranui. She stands on her hand and makes the leggrab....it looks so ugly wheb the does that to empy air and then changes back to her stance animation. and everytime you miss a grab, a little amout of your power bar is taken... annoying at times

I didn't like this either.. losing some of your power bar just because you missed a throw is pretty dumb. They should also go back to one buttons throws... I never did like the two button ones in SFA3, and I sure as hell don't like it here Kaz

Yeah, but i think SNK did the cross over to 2 button grabs on purpose to cut the capcom players some slack. It is a capcom throw type....but that doesn't make it a good thing. They should have stayed with the one button tossing.

Yeah, really! I´m still not yet used to this. I hate it!!
I think it´s a Bug, but I´m not sure: Ryo´s RyokuRanbu can´t be countered by a Projectile! I find it funny that every Fighter´s making fun of Dan and Kasumi!! ;D Kasumi is crappy!

Kasumi's a joke. she should have never been made for KOF.

Heheh, hard but true!
It would be enough if Ryuhaku is there, but Kasumi is too much. I´d prefer him to Kasumi!

I prefer Kasumi.... but that's not to say that I like her that much. I can think of much better SNK females that could have gone into the game and would have suited it better. Maybe she is popular in Japan or something, kinda like Choi? Kaz

the two button throw worked very nicely in Last blade 2, but that was because of how fast paced the game was and the fact you could run.
throws really arn't worth using that much in SvC chaos

Yes, really, I can´t figure out why they like Choi! But thank god they got at least rid of Chang!! ;D

rebellion: Yeah perhaps, although I do like being able to throw a little more easily. I think they mainly use two button throws to stop the game being cheap as some people think throwing *is* cheap, although I wouldn't agree. I can handle them anyway and it doesn't bother me too much, but I really don't like losing a bar from my super meter just because I accidentally pressed throw (or failed to connect). Throwen: You know, for some reason I think Choi will be back to haunt us at some point... Kaz

Been playing a lot last day and also a lot with Terry Bogus. And i got to admit......he's way overcheap. He is very, very easy to combo with(cos of the delay and long time his close heavy standing punch is, so you get plenty of time to make the specialmove motion behind it to link it.)
Plus all his moves have very high priority and almost no delay. But then again, he's always been this way.

I do enjoy playing SvC quite alot but the more i play it i feel that the games character balance factor is awful, just as with capcom's first shot. It'll take a sequel 2 get it right.

Yeah the balance is pretty bad, especially with the boss characters, but it doesn't stop the game from being very enjoyable in single player for a while, and then GREAT fun in vs when two average skilled players are playing. I must admit, this would not be a great game for tounament play though... very highly skilled players would probably pick the game to death, especially with the occasional hit detection probs Kaz

That may be right, but that really changes nothing on SvC´s "Fun-Factor"! This´s just like KoF EX, the first one was darn crappy!!!! But EX2 is really great, just like playing on the MVS!! ;D
