All right guys list your top five anime movies of all time no garbage. Truly the best.
1. Ninja Scroll truly the best and timesless. I recently let a fifty year old co-worker borrow it he went out an bought it the next day. I love this movie. Should have made sequel instead of series. Instinct gold if ever they did make a sequel and if those reading nija resurrection is not the sequel to ninja scroll.
2. Streetfighter The Movie The movie showed me what good action anime could be like. After writing this Im going to pop it in the dvd and watch it. Im a child of the eighties where streetfighter ruled sumpreme. I love the classic game as well as the movie. The fight with vega and naked chunli was awesome as well ryu and ken.
3. Transformers The Movie I saw this movie in the movie theatre three times. Yes I know Im old. This movie was so much better than the series. I still get chills when I hear the music you got the touch when rodimus prime transforms for the first time. The scene where octopus and magatron fight was gorgeous.
4. Vampire Hunter D Great movie even though the sequel was better than the original.
5 . Fist o fthe North Star Ken's Hundred Hand Slap was awesome. I like Kens freind who could cut people with his hand. The fight scenes and blood were brutal but real.
2 honorable mentions Spriggan which really is a good anime and should be in top five but nostagilia won over and GI Joe the movie. Sergeant Slaughter was awesome as well as the rest of the ensemble cast. Nemisis Enforcer was the shit. Cant wait for live action movie I hope they dont mess it up.

Hehe, this is kind of a tough one cause i have trouble deciding what movies i liked the best but here goes.
1. Kenshin OVA's 1+2: Trust & Betrayal
2. Ninja Scroll
3. Ghost In the Shell
4. Cowboy Beebop: Knockin on Heavens Door
5. Spriggan
I know most think i must be crazy for not putting more popular ones like Akira or Vampire Hunter D but while i think those films are good they just aren't something i would watch time and time agian.

Hmm that's a tough one. I'd say:
1. Grave of the Fireflies
2. Jin Roh
3. Princess Mononoke
4. Cowboy Bebop: Knockin on Heaven's Door
5. Street Fighter 2
This was just off the spur of the moment though. I ranked gotf and jin roh because those films hit you HARD when you see them. I really need to pick up a copy of gotf sometime.

^ I've seen Grave of the Fireflies many a times over at blockbuster, maybe i should pick it up. As for Jin-Roh, even the few yet very sweet actions scenes i was sort of dissapointed with the movie.

That lil' minnie series thing was BAD, it had the best music ever in an anime. My list would be the same as your if it wasn't for the FLCL and the fact that nobody put Spirited Away in none of their lists (don't lie you know its a good movie people) |

My list would be the same as your if it wasn't for the FLCL and the fact that nobody put Spirited Away in none of their lists (don't lie you know its a good movie people) actually, FLCL is not a series, its a OVA, just like that RK - Trust and Betreyal, but since Goemon placed RK in his list, even if it wasnt a MOVIE, i placed FLCL too cuz it was an OVA, just like trust and betreyal... and being a MIyazaki fan, it LOVED spirited away, totoro, etc. but amongst his works, i find Mononoke the best (but im afraid to watch the disney version, i like japanese better) btw, i also remebr having a LD (laser disc) of this anime movie called HARMAGEDDON, awsome  |

I only seen six anime movies, so from them: *Street Fighter Alpha The Movie* I didnt count this but I thought it deserved mention cause It was first anime movie I ever watch, actually I never did know what "anime" was until saw this.  1.Ghost In The Shell 2.Vampire Hunter D 3.Fatal Fury The Animated Movie 4.Street Fighter 2 The Movie 5.End Of Evangelion |

There's too many to choose from for me, but I'll try (these are in no particular order):
1. Kenshin OVA (the first 4), I spose you can count it as a movie more or less...
2. Vampire Hunter D (both movies)
3. Ghost in the Shell
4. Street Fighter 2
5. Fist of the North Satr
All amazing films, and most of them were ones that got me into anime (in particular FOTNS).

Kaz yeah! who can resist admiring the "Hundred Crack Fist" and the "Neck-Twisting Head-Breaking Kick!"  since all of you included OVAs, here's my updated list: 1. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure 2. Fist of the North Star (ATAAAH!) 3. Fatal Fury the movie 4. Princess Mononoke 5. Street Fighter Alpha 3 (just watched this recently) i doubt anyone of you know "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure", but if were to find the OVA, watch it coz it's really c00l!! |
