There isn't really any text in the Slug games anyway, but the menus are all in English on the home cart so it's no problem. The dipswitch menus on the MVS cart are in Japanese though, but it isn't anything you won't be able to figure out.
MS4 review will be online in a couple of days, MS5 will hopefully follow a few days after that.

What else to say bro, but another perfect review.
Full of screenshots that also leave the players that have always played MS3 drooling to get back and kick it into ful gear with the game again.
It´s reviews like this that make people jump to play the games.
