Arcade stick question

I have an "Arcade Universal Stick" by Pelican that can play on all the video game consoles (I got it from best buy). But I was wondering (if anyone uses this stick) since it doesnt have a plug for the pc if anyone knows if its possible to hook another adaptor meant for a game controller and use that for pc connection. Did that make sense? Also heres the link for the stick.
