Ok I played this game and at difficulty set at level 4 but is it me or does this game seem alot easier than the older showdowns? Also Yoshitora should be re-named to Mr. Mega Damage. Also does anyone know if theres gonna be a console port of this game?

What he said... hopefully the PS2 version will sort out the balance issues and actually translate the story into English. And yeah, Yoshitora is a friggen awesome character, just one that has some poorly done moves that do WAAAAY too much damage. They were talking on neo-geo.com about a Japanese site that mentioned something called "Samurai Shodown 0 Special"... they don't know whether it is just an upcoming article on the site, or perhaps a slightly improved revision of the game. It would be kinda cool if it turned out to be the latter, as the game is good just very flawed. I doubt it is though  Kaz |

i was reading a thread over at neogeo.com about the release of sam sho zero special where the characters are more balanced.whether it's true or not we'll only time will tell.

I doubt it is though Kaz Yeah i noticed that earlier, i was gonna start a thread about it but after further inspection i also dought its actually gonna be a game though i would love to see a SS0 special or just a new more refined SS in general done by sammy. |
