MSN 7.5 is a piece of shit (need help)

Ive not been on msn for weeks now because I upgraded from 7.0 to 7.5 and when you try and login it says some shit about service is unavailable it may be because of your firewall. Ive not even got a firewall (im on Service Pack 1 aswell so i cant go into control panel to turn it off).

Ive checked everywhere on the net but you dont get no simple answers. Its all Go here and there and turn your norton off then go to norton site and blah blah blah!

Anyone got a simple answer?

Yikes, i wish a knew how to help you. I never upgrade anything anymore, even video drivers. It only causes more problems.

Well you could always try using a different client like Trillian {great client bye the way } ,though Im not sure what version of MSN it will run ?

If all else fails look for an older version that you know works and just dont update it { thats probably what I would do }
