I need help with my Neo Geo AES

Right... Basically I was given an unboxed Neo Geo AES several years ago. I recently dug it out to play on it. However I remembered that it didnt have a power lead and that I had to use the power lead from my Spectrum 128!! I know can get replacment power supplies for the system, but I wanted to know how I can identify if its a US, European or Japanese machine. Somebody please help me.

I think it says what region code it was made for on the bottom of the unit ? Cant remember off hand since its been many years since I have owned an AES.

Anyone care to comment on this ?

That sounds right although I'm an MVS guy too so I'm not 100% sure. Ask on the tech support forum at neo-geo.com or snk-capcom.com, someone there will know
