^ not as good a quality. Anyways that damn cover looks real nice, i liked the mslug3 music. Btw does anybody know of a ninja masters ost, i absolutely love the music thats played when the credits are rolling in that game.

(i'm waiting for the PS2 port) -Off Topic- Ps2 port eh, though metal slug 3 is lengthly they could probably fit atleast 2/3 metal slugs on a cd-rom. Seems like it would be more wise for snkp to do that but concidering its the probably the most popular metal slug im sure it will make lots of profit from neo fans and shooter fans alike as it should. About the ost, too bad there are no samples on that site. |

Neojukebox? Eh....this is a fanboy matter,Darkschneider.  If you love the games as much as we do, you´d really would love to get your hands on the MS soundtracks. Not to mention that this one and the newer ones are made by the awesome Noisefactory.  |

I would understand the draw if it was an AST, but for me, if its an OST I would rather save the money.
Then again, I'm not that much of a metalslug fan though.

4 is very very good, but a little bit bland and not totally in the style of Metal Slug if you ask me, but I really do want to see an OST CD. I'd go crazy for an MS5 OST though!!! ;D
By the way, it would probably be an OST in the case of MS4/5, as there wouldn't be much point in arranging the soundtrack in any way, unlike MS1/2/X/3.

The soundtracks are already heavy rock enough.
Aranging them even more would go over the top, i think they sound perfect the way they are right now.

Yeah, they only usually arrange stuff when the sound processor on the machine that it came from is a little weak and not able to handle proper instruments. In the case of the Noise Factory produced soundtracks they are just long sound recordings (like a WAV file or whatever) as that is the only way they could do this kind of music on the Neo Geo. The one thing that would be improved if they put out an OST for these games is that on the Neo they are in mono and obviously downsampled... on CD they would sound way better - I mean, look how good Matrimelee/RotD sound! By the way - I think I know where my Ninja Masters CD is... I was actually suggesting in that post that I made that I could rip some music off it if anyone wants to hear it?
