"Sony Music has announced plans to release a commemorative boxset featuring music from the "King of Fighters" game series. Scheduled for release on March 10, the set will feature 10 discs including 9 music CD's and 1 DVD. The release of the set will coincide with the 10th anniversary of the game series. Officially entitled "King of Fighters - Neo Geo 10th Anniversary Memorial Box," the set will only be available at Japanese retailers for 14800 yen ($139). For reference, a definitive track listing for the music discs and the DVD remains undisclosed, expect more details in the coming weeks." Thats a shit load of discs sucks how its not told yet what music out of all the kof's will be on the cd's though.

It's actually had been a long time untill last night that i watched good ol iron chef. Chairman Kaga is singlehandedly the most hilarious yet pimped out man on television.
I have alot of the music too so its not a big deal, but the dvd makes me curious. Hopefully there's alot of cool art & what not on there, id also like to see a making of the latest kof so i can actually see playmore's dirty work. ;D Imagine.... "Ahh there's a man working on kof 2k3 over there, lets have a chat" *as the announcer walks twoards the mans pc monitor you see him copying & pasting the characters sprites from the last kof into the new one* ;D

This is cool news, though i doubt i´ll be able to get my hands on one of those. I do wonder what will be on the DVD when it comes out, hopefully a nice animation in the style of the awesome dreamcast version of KOF 98.

Yeah the intro on KOF 98 for DC was amazing, and probably the only reason I would still load up the DC version of that game. I imagine that the DVD will probably contain combo vids etc though, which would still be damn cool.

Yeah, that would really be cool, but I don´t think Playmore will risk that, read more in Goemon´s Post! ;D
