I been reading over in the neo-geo.com forums about Eiji being a playable character in the ps2 version of kof2k1. I kind of shrugged it off as a rumor till i came across this pic here-  Look at the boss team in the bottom right, look at the portrait in the middle, i can't tell very well but that kinda looks like Eiji, does anybody know if im right? If he is in there, does he play well and ect. |

THAT AINT EIJI! that is RON, the Striker of Tru Zero in 2k1 (the ninja type dude w/c pokes you)... btw, that "BOSS" team are only Zero's strikers... wtf?

I have seen no proof that he is in there so far, just a bunch of rumours... and lets face it, if he was in there we'd probably know by now.
This rumour came about because SNK USA posted an FAQ for the game on their site in pdf format which listed Eiji in there along with a moves list - it was probably just a silly mistake.

Imo for being a company that survives souly on its hardcore fans snkp doesn't listen to them worth a damn, its a shame.
