I saw a trailer for it a few months ago and it does look amazing, Shaolin Soccer totally supprised me with its excellence and this looks even better.
MitchMF, did you DL it or see it in a theater? I'm sorta confused.

I'm sorta confused. I'm borrowing it off him later this week hopefully, so I'd guess he's got teh naughty version of it . If it does come out in the cinema here (doubtful) I will go see it, especially as films like this are rarely on the big screen so I like to see them when they are! This is making me want to watch Shaolin Soccer again ;D Kaz

Holy smokes... I just watched it, i think it's even funnier then Shaolin Soccer in some ways and could be the best Kung Fu film i've ever seen. One thing i love about Chows movies is instead of making some serious dialouge that kinda sucks he combines comedy with the amazing martial arts and special effects perfectly.
This is definately a movie i'd recomend anybody to see and the most a live action movie has ever reminded me of a cartoon. This movie is cool in so many ways i can't stop thinkin about it.

heheh personally, i liked watching kung fu hustle more than any matrix movie. ;D hustle doesn't have much story behind it, but do you really need much plot on a chow flick? if any of you liked those stephen chow movies, i also recommend the older, but still very cool chow flicks like God of Cookery (think... Iron Chef influence) and Love on Delivery (first stephen chow comedy, and never turned away from comedy ever since).

heheh personally, i liked watching kung fu hustle more than any matrix movie. ;D Same here, the matrix movies are the type of flicks that i can watch once and be fine with never seeing them agian. I've already seen Hustle a few times and i'm still diggin it. As weird as it sounds i've always been a fan of Iron Chef as well so i'll try and check out "God of Cookery"

Not seen God of Cookery or Iron Chef yet, will have to get hold of them. Actually wasn't feeling too great over the weekend so I didn't get Kung Fu Hustle off Mitch yet... doh!

i sometimes catch God of Cookery and Love on Delivery in a taiwanese movie channel, but i have absolutely no luck finding DVDs, VCDs, or even VHS copies of those movies everywhere! There are other great chow flicks, but i've yet to discover what their titles are

Kaz Iron Chef is actually a Japanese TV show that plays on "Food Network" where a current popular Japanese Chef takes on an "Iron Chef" (usually older chefs that where famous from a long time ago) and make dishes using the same main ingredient which is finally judged by a panel of people. It's mainly just funny to watch for the really kooky dubbing. It's not exactly a show i'd watch seriously considering i know nothing of japanese cuizine. Anyways for some reason i used to find myself watching it sometimes.

Just finished watching it with Crag - I did like it, but I'd still say Shaolin Soccer is a betetr film overall, it probably made me laugh more. Having said that there were some absolutely hilarious/amazing bits in this film... that chase sequence in particular ;D
