It is either from a game or anime I can't remember. I belive it was part of circle that spins around. Like a logo or something.

"God's in his heaven, all is right with the world" I don't know for sure, but I did a quick search on google and that phrase seemed to match with Evangelion a lot... I have never really watched that series though (shame on me) so I don't know for sure, but maybe someone here who has can verify that?  Kaz |
