sure

first, put the AA batteries in as normal.

now you have to open the circular hole and put the little circle battery in there (make sure you have the correct side facing up)

now, press and HOLD the power button (on the upper left hand corner)

Maybe a bit more detailed on where the insert slots are for the bateries.


The lithium batterie must be placed where it says lithium batterie (flat batterie looks like a coin).
It's the batterie that is used for the memorie of the neo pocket(Save games, high scores and configurations when you go to options in a game and change the difficulty and more of those options)

And the regular batteries.
Well, those go in the other insert, like Rebellion1 said...AA batteries that you also use for your walkman and stuff.
