It's a recording off a radio show talking about how to get off from getting a speeding ticket, and is about 30 minutes long so make sure you have a fair bit of spare time... it's well worth the listen though cos the guy that calls in is either a complete asshole, or he is a very funny prank caller that somehow got people on there to take him seriously. Surely the guy can't be for real?
Just wait till he starts talking about "nibbles" and making the police officer wait for his gf to "finish" ;D
