OUCH! Although on closer inspection, it seems his head misses the stone wall, and he gets his hands out almost in time. Sure he got winded though.
I was skateboarding once on my uncles 30 year old skateboard. (it is super fast, wicked skinny, {trucks are like 3 inches across} and it turns on a dime which is not good at high speeds.)
I with no common sense, ride it down this huge hill, overturn, and land on my head without a helmet going somewhere at least 18 MPH. I managed to roll with it though, so no major damage, I think. (Never told anyone about it)

(Never told anyone about it) Damn man, you ARE lucky... my mate did exactly the same thing, except he was on a longboard, and he managed to do some bad damage (not to mention skidding and rolling across concrete for about 20 feet). Didn't break anything thankfully, but he was in hospital for a few days, still has a big scar on his head and was concussed for about 6 weeks. We didn't realise how far he had skidded at the time, but then we checked the place where he came off the next day and found a trail of ripped clothes and blood for 20 feet  But anyways, I know how this guy feels after what happened with my mate, and after some of the silly skateboard bails I have had (and continue to have  ). But, you gotta look back at them and laugh... just like I do every time I look at this vid  Kaz |
