heh heh *Remembers Rico Yan*some people has this kind of thing. i've heard that to prevent it you must...: - ...not sleep right after eating (let the food digest first
- ...not sleep immediately while exhausted (rest first for a while before sleeping)
- ...not sleep with your hair wet
well that's what i've heard, though i'm not sure about the wet hair thing LOL! you know Rico yan, YOur are a Filipino! anyway, he died young, too bad for him but i guess the main reason he died from the sleep paralysis thing is cuz he did have heart problems

Well, related to this: sometimes women talk to me, and I reply to their questions with a confirmation if needed, but it's like it's happening in a dream, with me not being in control. The essence of what they are telling doesn't come through to me. I am awake, but yet it is as if I am asleep. In reality, I cannot listen to them because I am thinking of or doing more interesting things. My mind cannot cope with both at the same moment and automatically switches its full attention to what seems to be the most interesting (videogames, thinking of big boobs...). Should they ask me the next day what the conversation was all about, I would have to improvise or change the subject immediately. Oh wait... this is the life-preserving gift that was handed to most men... I pity those who don't have it ;D LMAO ;D
