I had a feeling from the pics that the intro wouldn't be too good, its also a bummer that the PS2 has such an aliusing problem. Did you think they did a good job with converting the levels to 3d, or where the elements changed small and hardly noticable? Looked to me from a pic i saw somewhere they might have added in a new level or 2 i didn't recognize (or maybe my mind just keeps trying to forget the horridness of the originals ;D)

The backgrounds are actually 2D, not proper 3D (not like the ones in KOF 99 Evo for the DC), but they're a higher-res than the sprites. They do look slightly better, but it's not exactly a quantum leap in quality. I don't remember seeing any new stages from the short time I saw it, but it wouldn't surprise me if there are.

-I was about to ask if the backgrounds were 3D. After closer inspection i realized they weren't , which was kinda crappy . -I think the artwork looks good, a little unorthadoxed, but good nonetheless. ------------------- IMO, I doubt it will be different from the neo's version overall.

Apparently it is still on the way... I think SNK USA said that people who buy the US bundle will get a card with it that they can mail in to get some free KOF trading cards. Check SNK's new US consumer site for some more info, the bundle is still listed on there: www.snkneogeousaconsumer.com/consumer/store.shtmlKaz
