When you say it resets on demo mode, do you mean it resets halfway though the intro or something else? I was going to suggest cleaning your carts (see www.hardmvs.com for some tips on cleaning carts) but you have done that already. Another tip I can give (and this works for me sometimes) is to try and pull the cart out of the MVS board a tiny bit... the usual thing to do is to push your cart all the way in, but sometimes it helps to push it all the way down gently and then pull it back out a tny bit. Sometimes I've had games that won't work at all when pushed all the way in, but work perfect using this method. Try that and see if it changes anything... although it might not if you say that it works perfect when in game. Is the cart definitely legit and not a bootleg? Kaz

Yup clean the cart as well as all of youre carts and the sockets in youre motherboard , remember that one dirty cart wiil scumm up all of them if its swaped in and out alot. Another thing to look at is youre voltage ,check it where it comes out of the harness at the board since that will give you the actuall current entering the board. 5.0 to 5.05 should be fine , although some boards like more juice than others { my MV1-F wont run for shit under 5.2 volts } also see if it does it in both slots or just one of them ? ,this will help you to see if they are both getting good current ,if they arent then I would tear the board down to nothing and clean all the connections real good, as in where the two PCB oards fit together , slots etc.
