Hehe, I've been playing it a bit today, I have NO chance on ultra, because I'm ultra lame at it right now. Fun game though - just grabbed the soundtrack too which is quite nice  Kaz |

Only had it about 3 days and I'd like to say its very nice ... but i do prefer dodonachi dai ou jou just on the styling stakes...
Imho the difficulty thing is ok ... just that maybe they should have a clearer ARCADE port difficulty option (or was it easy in arcades too?) . But if an easy mode is the way we get more people playing and appreciating shumps then i am all for it!

^playing DOJ is just like being in a shmupper's High.. the game is great, in fact, my fave among the DonPachi Series.. Mushihimesama is for KIDS anyway  |

i mean the game's overall look is a bit towards a cutesy anime tone, unlike Cave's other games (namely DOJ) not that its a bad thing though  |
