Or maybe it's something for Capcom itself. Anniversary for example. When did Capcom first appear ?
And I hope it's any 2D game.
Edit 1: I guess Capcom's first game (1942) appeared on 1984 .
Games that can be celebrating now are :
1) Ghosts and goblins 1985 (20th anniversary then)
2) Vampire hunter 1995 (10th anniversary) : This one maybe close as there was a rumour about another Vampire game in development.
Ofcourse I'm just guessing.

According to IGN.com the countdown has something to do with a new Onimusha. ps2.ign.com/articles/606/606204p1.htmlIt's pretty supprising info considering Oni. 3 was supposed to be the last in the series. If it is about a new Onimusha that would make me more happy then pretty much anything else they'd annouce so i'm ok with it  |

No offence to Onimusha fans. But incase that's it  . Well Capcom lost it anyway. Namco got it already. Goodbye Capcom. /Hopes SNK's rebirth awakes Capcom again ^^ . |

Looks like you are right Goemon - look at the countdown now and the cherry blossoms have stopped falling and the background is all dark and "evil" with lightning and stuff. Must be some kind of evil presence... maybe it's just counting down the days till that demonic fridge auction on ebay ends  Anyway, I'm looking forward to this game if it is a new Onimusha. If the countdown is to do with that, I'll lock this thread then and we can continue discussing it in the other Onimusha 4 thread that goemon made. Kaz |
