I was thinking the same thing. His outfit looks similar too Rugal's when he takes off his suit. Looks like there's a baby panther in the background. A young Rugal?  |

Looks like the first reports were right on the younger Rugal version character. Isn't he the end boss? Anyways, i sure hope they reused rugal's sprites and adjusted/edited them to make this guy here.And i as hell don't want to see all of Rugal's moves reused on him.  |

He doesn't look the Rugal we know, but a young Rugal he sure does look like, i mean his hair is cut perfectly to grow out just like Rugals & he stands the same.
This does really blow though, i expected more variety for kof2003.

i thought adel was a 'female' rugal...? looks rather feminine in some screen grabs to boot and it strikes me as odd there would be a sprite rip so soon. am i wrong or am i wrong?

I'm happy with pretty much everything else in this game so far, but why another cop out when it comes to the boss? I really want to see a decent new boss, and not one that is just a Rugal rip-off, or another poorly designed cheap-ass one like in KOF 2000/2001.
