I'm a little aprehensive about the proposed tag feature as it stands. I think it should be more like the one featued in MvC2 - which is most certainly not cheap.

Perhaps not cheap per se, but it does get annoying when someone does nothing but tag constantly. Granted, you'd have to be pretty crap to lose because of this, bit I think it is better to limit the amount of times you can tag, like what they did with RotD. Kaz

Wow, I just had a look through the pics on the uploader, and I'm VERY impressed with the new backgrounds. The rooftop stage is particularly good!!!! Why they didn't shot those in the first bunch of official screenshots I dunno, but hopefully we'll see some more good pics on the official site soon.

That misty graveyard stage looks great also. You also noticed that Kyo´s jacket has the Kusanagi symbol on the back......very cool detail. Plus ,not sure but...i think it´s a totall new Terry spriteset, not the one from Garou. Anyone got more info on that last bit?

Terry's definately gotta new spriteset, its plain to see, i compared them a bit last night just with watching the movie he's in then playin a bit of garou. The person im curious about it gato, his sprite looks pretty much the same but there's no way he could be as tall as he is in kof2k3 with the same garou sprite, maybe they changed him just a bit or stretched him to be larger.

Kaz An opponent who does little but constantly tag in and out is a guaranteed victory in MvC2: nobody does it. The proposed method for KoF'03 sounds restrictive and - worse - an overworked idea.

I just saw that vid and man does it rock! I was really hoping to hear the BGM of each of those stages though. Nevetheless the music that was in its place was cool. Did whip just get a new move there or what? The design of some of the backgrounds did remind me a little of Last Blade backgrounds. The way supers are performed look great. Unlike the recent KOF's I aint dissapointed with anything yet. by the way Kyo's still plays like how he did in KOF99 to 2002. He doesnt have his fireball back, or maybe its performed differently?
