Not sure why they do it ,but thats how I have gotten mine for about the last 3 years...Ive been getting Gamepro the exact same way for about 2 years aswell ... yes it is legit

I tried to sign up for one of them, but I'm doubtful that they will send it as I'm in the UK... we'll see I suppose

I haven't subscribed to a gaming magazine in forever. All my info just comes from the net now.

i've always been an EGM reader since '98-2000 but wasn't able to buy much after the year 2000 because game mags in the Philippines cost nearly double the price! once i ask my mom's US po box address, i'm gonna sign up for it!

but are there any reasons why they're giving out free subscriptions? there's no profit from doing that

it took me a few minutes to realize its a page where you register your copy of a crash game (slow tonight, sorry). i don't see any harm in trying it, worse that could happen is maybe you get some advertisements in the mail or your inbox now and then.

I wish EGM didn't change their design or their old writers. They're still mostly unbiased but other than that they mostly suck now...
