The shipping people misdelivered or lost my arcade cabinet, and now I need to find a catalog or something reputable that states the value of a neo geo arcade cabinet with a game. Anyone know where I can get this information? I need to do this so I can get my money back

Wow.... that really sucks If it is a candy cabinet this would be very easy since there is only one importer in the U.S. { providing you are in the U.S. } that being www.arcade-infinity.com Of course you would already know this ,so Im guessing its a standard red cab This is going to be a hard thing to run across since the prices of MVS cabs tend to fluctuate wildly from one seller to another. Most route operators I know sell them for between 300.00 and 500.00 board or not and then there are places that specificially target people who want to collect arcade machines for their home and jack the prices up as much as they can Since this isnt an item that you can just run down to the local srtip mal and buy ,they need to take that into consideration I think. I hate to say this but maybe they should use Ebay to get an average price, or try and find an operator or place that sells arcade machines and refer the shipping company to them, Im sure it will be fairly easy to find someplace that sells them for way too much money or at least enough to cover youre initial costs ;D

Candycab hit the nail on the head. I got my cab basically by calling around town and ended up buying it from a private seller. Mine was $475 with a 2 slot board and 2 games...its also a Gold Cab which may or may not have effected the resale price. I agree with Candycab on this one, try eBay and let the shipping company know about this. Specify what type of Cab it was (big red, gold, candy, mini) and the pcb type. You may also want to try namco and sega's arcade sales divisions in your area as they might have a neo cab listed on their websites, although in all honesty the odds are slim. I'm very very sorry to hear that man, it really sucks.
Hope everything works out for you.
